Job Description

• Central Characterization Program Records Analyst I/II/III supporting WIPP records management at Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM.
• Manage the lifecycle of sensitive unclassified electronic and hard-copy records and incoming/outgoing communications across WIPP departments.
• Upload and relate records in the Electronic Documents and Records Management System (EDRMS), support configuration control, and participate in records-management tool migrations and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, DOE, state, WIPP/WRMO, RCRA, NMED, legal, and contractual requirements; maintain required safety and security compliance.
• Requires an Associate’s degree plus 2 years of office/clerical experience, or a high school diploma/equivalency plus 4 years; must obtain a DOE badge and pass applicable access authorization requirements.
