Job Description
• Full-time contract Certified Special Education Teacher role with Soliant Health in Cleveland, OH, running ASAP through May 28, 2026.
• Support elementary K-4 caseloads of approximately 10 students and/or middle school shared caseloads of roughly 29 students in grades 7-8.
• Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with IEPs in inclusion classrooms, including mainstreaming, small-group pull-out, and individualized support.
• Develop and implement IEPs, monitor and document student progress, manage required documentation, and adjust instructional strategies.
• Requires current Special Education Teacher licensure/certification, elementary and/or middle school special education endorsement/experience, collaboration, communication, and advocacy skills.
