Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) – PRN

Job Description

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist in a supportive rehabilitation environment.
• Assist patients with improving independence in daily activities and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely while collaborating with therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members.
• Requires a current COTA/OTA license in the state of employment, graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program, and current NBCOT certification or eligibility.
• PRN position with flexible scheduling in Adrian, MI; previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
