Job Description

• Lead the financial direction and enterprise financial strategy of a Financial Services organization in Fort Worth, TX.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, accounting operations, reporting, treasury, liquidity, and capital strategy.
• Ensure statutory statements, annual filings, financial reports, and other activities meet regulatory compliance requirements.
• Apply deep insurance-related financial expertise while partnering with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and reinsurance teams.
• Serve as the primary financial contact for auditors, regulators, tax advisors, financial institutions, and Board committees, while developing a high-performing finance team.
