Job Description

• Lead the full finance and accounting function for a growing manufacturing organization in Zebulon, NC, including close processes, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash oversight, tax coordination, and audit support.
• Establish manufacturing cost accounting practices covering item costing, inventory valuation, standard costs, margin review, and production-variance analysis.
• Partner with plant and operations leaders to improve visibility into efficiency, labor usage, waste, overhead, plant performance, and cost controls.
• Manage financial planning, liquidity, banking relationships, working capital, financial systems, reporting tools, automation, and scalability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax obligations, audit expectations, and internal control standards while advising leadership on profitability, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor the finance team; full-time role paying $180K–$225K per year. Work mode is not specified.
