Job Description
• Serve as the highest technical authority for aerospace power generation across electric machines ranging from kilowatt to megawatt systems and 115 Vac to over 2000 Vac.
• Lead power-generation product lifecycles from design through integration, including design reviews and design boards.
• Advance engineering standards, best practices, FLIGHT DECK principles, and technical capability across the organization.
• Mentor Controlled Title Holders and coach engineers while engaging industry leaders, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Requires a technical Engineering degree, at least 15 years of related Electrical Power product-development experience, on-site work in Dayton, OH, and U.S. Person eligibility for export-controlled access.
