Chief Financial Officer-General Construction

Job Description

• Serve as Chief Financial Officer and key executive leadership team member for a commercial general contractor in Mobile, AL.
• Lead accounting, finance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, long-range planning, and financial performance analysis.
• Manage WIP reporting, job costing, percentage-of-completion accounting, banking relationships, bonding programs, insurance, audits, tax coordination, and financial compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, profitability improvement, operational performance, capital planning, and organizational growth.
• Requires 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in commercial construction, executive finance experience with a General Contractor, a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, and construction ERP experience; CPA preferred but not required.
