Chief Financial Officer

Job Description

• Chief Financial Officer leading accounting and finance for a $170 million community financial institution and reporting directly to the CEO as a member of the Executive Team.
• Direct accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and cross-department accounting oversight.
• Manage liquidity, capital, investments, and interest rate risk; present financial results to the Board of Directors.
• Prepare required regulatory reports and work directly with external auditors and regulators.
• Requires banking or credit union experience, 5+ years in accounting or finance at a bank or credit union, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, regulatory reporting experience, and bondability; CPA is a plus but not required.
• Full-time role in Camanche, IA; salary commensurate with experience, with annual bonus opportunity of up to 4% of wages and an additional performance-based bonus.
