Chief Financial Officer

Job Description

• Lead accounting and revenue cycle management for a mission-focused behavioral healthcare organization in Minneapolis, MN.
• Develop financial strategy, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, financial models, FP&A, treasury, audits, and board-level reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, effective internal controls, statutory compliance, accurate reporting, and managed care contract coordination.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, agency leaders, and Board of Trustees on resource allocation, enterprise risk management, program economics, and organizational planning.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience; CPA and/or MBA preferred, plus finance leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, human services, or other complex and regulated environments.
