Job Description

• Full-time Budget and Policy Analyst – Division - Advanced with the State of Wisconsin; specific city/state location is not provided, and work mode is unspecified.
• Analyze budgets, expenditures, policies, funding sources, and appropriations supporting program, policy, and fiscal management decisions for Wisconsin child care services.
• Support biennial budget development, coordinate Division budget monitoring, lead cross-division strategic project teams, and develop budget and funding strategies with DCF’s Office of Budget and Policy.
• Requires budget analysis, stakeholder presentation, program fiscal management, and preferably public-sector budget, audit, and early care and education budget experience.
• Compensation is $38.00–$43.00/hr ($79,040–$89,440 annually); final candidates may undergo a DCF security background check and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
