Job Description

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children in a childcare or preschool setting.
• Plan menus according to nutritional guidelines, track food allergies and dietary restrictions, and maintain food and inventory records.
• Deliver meals safely and on schedule while maintaining clean, sanitary kitchen and food-preparation areas.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and food-handling requirements and accurately record meals served.
• Requires at least one year of relevant meal-preparation experience, a current State Food Manager License or willingness to obtain one, and the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 20 pounds.
