Job Description

• Entry-level, permanent, full-time, on-site Cinematographer role at MCAA headquarters in Algonquin, IL, supporting the MASONRY STRONG Network, a video-first multimedia platform for the masonry industry.
• Operate Sony cinema cameras; select appropriate camera settings, lenses, and configurations; execute lighting, framing, composition, and sound recording.
• Capture social and short-form content, collaborate with the Editor and Social Media Manager, and organize media for post-production handoff.
• Requires hands-on Sony cinema camera familiarity, production knowledge, social media awareness, post-production workflow knowledge, and a collaborative team mindset.
• $42,000–$47,000 per year based on experience; occasional travel required; U.S. work authorization required, including CPT or OPT authorization eligibility.
