Civil Design Engineer

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Civil Design Engineer role in TAIT & Associates, Inc.’s Loveland, CO office, supporting land-development, infrastructure, and sustainable-design projects.
• Perform grading, drainage analysis, street design and widening, water, sewer, and storm-drain system design, including Civil 3D modeling and earthwork calculations.
• Prepare SWMPs, drainage studies, utility reports, engineering drawings, construction documents, special exhibits, constraint maps, and land-development plans.
• Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering and 1 to 3 years of civil engineering experience; entry-level candidates may be considered. E.I.T. certification is preferred.
• Requires proficiency with AutoCAD 2009 or newer, Civil 3D, and Hydrology Hydraulics software, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills; salary is $60,000/yr–$80,000/yr.
