Civil Engineer PE (Design Project Manager)

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Civil Engineer (Entry Level) role with O&M Consulting Engineering, PSC, supporting transportation-related design projects throughout Puerto Rico.
• Support preliminary-to-final plan production, including specifications, cost estimates, and final bid packages.
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 0-5 years of engineering-related experience preferred.
• PRHTA design standards, roadway geometrics, roadside safety, roadway geometric design, and plans production knowledge are preferred; Civil 3D and AutoCAD experience is desired.
• EIT Certification is preferred but not required; candidates must be proactive, resourceful, self-starting, collaborative, and able to work at a designated office or job site.
