Client Access & CRM Operations Associate

Job Description

• Vizient is hiring a full-time Client Access & CRM Operations Associate in Chicago, IL; work mode is not specified.
• Manage client inquiries through phone and email, assist with website registration, password resets, and access issues across Vizient Strategy Intelligence platforms.
• Maintain CRM records and contact data, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate organization and client ID mapping audits.
• Collaborate with Support, Product Development, IT, and Enterprise Contact Data Management teams to troubleshoot issues and track resolutions.
• Requires 2 or more years of relevant experience; a relevant degree is preferred, along with CRM, contact data management, and single sign-on familiarity.
