Client Advocate - Construction

Job Description

• Serve as the primary client relationship and account execution lead for middle-market and less complex construction accounts, while supporting SCAs on large and complex accounts.
• Deliver consultative construction risk and insurance advisory across Builder's Risk, OCIP/CCIP, SDI, Surety/bonding, Environmental, Professional Liability, and acquisition due diligence.
• Lead renewals, RFP responses, coverage and program strategy, contract reviews, fee negotiations, client deliverables, and account profitability initiatives.
• Coordinate broking, construction practice, risk control, claims advocacy, Sales, and broader service teams; direct and mentor ACAs.
• Requires 8+ years of commercial Property & Casualty client-facing experience, a Property & Casualty license with continuing education, strong construction experience preferred, periodic travel, and no employment-based visa sponsorship.
