Client Support Analyst IRB/IBC (Remote)

Job Description

• Remote, full-time Client Support Analyst serving as the primary commercial contact for inbound IRB/IBC leads, proposals, SOWs, change orders, budgets, and post-sale account support.
• Manage full-cycle small-study servicing, including SOW generation, invoicing, onboarding, account execution, budget reconciliation, COs, and POs.
• Support pharma clients with billing, annual fee management, contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercially oriented customer service.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3–5 years of relevant pharma/biotech/CRO/medical device/clinical research experience, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.
• Salary: USD $65,700.00–$102,000.00/yr; travel requirement is 0–5%; no certification or license is required.
