Clinical Care Leader - Millard - FT Days

Job Description

• Provide individualized long-term care using the nursing process under the supervision of an RN, advanced practice provider, or physician.
• Coordinate care, assess patients/residents, provide education and triage, and perform nursing interventions.
• Document histories, symptoms, medications, and care in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Delegate to and supervise unlicensed personnel, maintain accountability for resident assignments, and participate in departmental or organizational leadership activities.
• Must be an LPN practicing within applicable state licensure requirements, the Nurse Practice Act, administrative rules, and professional nursing standards; full-time day-shift role in Millard, Omaha, NE.
