Clinical Lab Scientist/MT I

Job Description

• Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory tests at OSF HealthCare in Escanaba, MI, supporting diagnosis and treatment of disease.
• Assess test results for accuracy and maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on laboratory instruments.
• Collect blood specimens as needed and train personnel and students.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science, ASCP or AMT CLS certification, and current certification maintenance; alternative bachelor’s degrees require certification before employment.
• Full-time hourly position paying $31.49–$37.05/hour; experience is not required, though 1–2 years is preferred.
