Clinical System Programmer Developer (Allscripts/MLM)

Job Description

• Develop and maintain clinical information system functionality for NIH Clinical Center healthcare IT programs in Bethesda, MD.
• Build and troubleshoot Medical Logic Modules, Clinical Decision Support, Objects Plus tabs/code, orders, order sets, and SQL Stored Procedures.
• Manage configuration changes across Development, Test, and Production environments using Serena TeamTrack and Serena Business Manager, with documentation and validation.
• Support Allscripts Sunrise Clinical Manager and Enterprise Scheduling integration, including collaboration with vendor, reports, security, and MLM teams.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 5–7 years of related IT experience, healthcare IT/EHR experience, and ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; hybrid onsite/telework preferred for local Bethesda candidates.
