Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Zero Trust Focus)

Job Description

• Design, implement, and operate secure, scalable DoD-authorized cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CDK, or Bicep, with a focus on Zero Trust.
• Manage cloud networking, IAM/RBAC, segmentation, monitoring, containerized workloads, and security controls across AWS or Azure environments.
• Develop Python or PowerShell automation and integrate security and compliance into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps workflows.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent, 5+ years of professional IT experience including 4+ years in cloud infrastructure, active DoD IAT Level II certification, U.S. citizenship, and a current Secret clearance for Hawaii or Top Secret clearance for Virginia.
• Hybrid/on-site role based in Arlington, VA or Honolulu, HI; preferred on-site four days per week, with occasional travel and after-hours support. Full-time compensation is $130,000-$160,000 annually.
