Job Description
• Full-time, on-site CMM Programmer role in Indianapolis, IN, supporting high-precision manufacturing for aerospace, defense and other advanced industries.
• Program, operate, write, run and optimize Zeiss CMM inspection programs for machined and assembled products from prototype through final inspection.
• Perform calibration, validation and correlation studies to verify measurement accuracy and inspect tight-tolerance components using precision hand tools.
• Requires experience writing programs with Zeiss Calypso or PC-DMIS and familiarity with micrometers, calipers and height gauges.
• Evening/off-shift schedules are available, with overtime up to 2x; compensation is $35-$46/hr plus monthly bonus and shift differential.
