Job Description
• Aerotek is hiring a full-time, permanent CMM Programmer in Dixon, IL for a fully onsite aerospace/manufacturing environment.
• Create and maintain CMM inspection programs using PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar software; inspect precision-machined, tight-tolerance components.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T, perform First Article Inspections under AS9102, analyze measurement data, and generate quality reports.
• Requires 3-4 years of CMM programming experience, CNC machining background, and experience with Zeiss, Hexagon, or Mitutoyo CMMs; safety glasses and steel-toed shoes required.
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm, with potential overtime; pay is $72,800/yr.
