Job Description
• Full-time, on-site CNC Lathe Operator role with MRS Machining Co Inc in Augusta, WI, working 2nd or 3rd shift for 45–50 hours per week; overtime is available.
• Set up, program, adjust, and operate CNC lathes for close-tolerance turning and cutting of metal components.
• Read blueprints, department routings, and shop travelers; perform quality checks and precision measurements to verify specifications.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED and applicants must be at least 18; CNC setup/programming, machining or training, and precision measuring equipment experience are preferred.
• Mazak experience is a plus; pay is $25.00–$35.00/hr based on experience, plus 2nd- and 3rd-shift premiums.
