Job Description
• Full-time CNC Programmer role with ITT Goulds Pumps in Seneca Falls, NY, focused on industrial pump component manufacturing.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs using MasterCam or other CAM software for horizontal/vertical lathes, milling centers, multi-axis equipment, and machining centers.
• Interpret CAD models, technical drawings, and blueprints; create setup sheets, tool lists, machining sequences, and optimized tooling, speeds, feeds, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot machines, run simulations, conduct quality testing, and improve program code for efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Requires a high school diploma/GED or trade school certification, at least 3 years of CNC machining/programming experience, strong CNC and MasterCam skills, Lean/setup reduction and mistake-proofing experience, and familiarity with Creo Pro E, Global Vault, MS Office, Lean, Kaizen, and PDCA.
