Job Description
• Aerotek seeks a full-time, permanent CNC Programmer for hybrid work in Wheeling, IL, on first shift with a flexible schedule.
• Program complex 3-axis and 5-axis milling operations using Mastercam 2022 or NX 2206 or later for aerospace tooling and small-run production.
• Create tool sheets, setup instructions, CNC macros, tool lists, and repeatable documentation while maintaining tight-tolerance dimensional quality.
• Requires hands-on Mastercam or NX programming, G-Code/M-Code, GD&T, blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation, exotic-material machining, and Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain macro programming.
• Compensation is $30.00–$50.00/hr; application deadline is Oct 27, 2026.
