Job Description
• Full-time CNC Programmer role in Sanford, NC supporting power management, electro-mechanical, rotating-asset, and industrial manufacturing solutions.
• Develop G-code programs for CNC mills and lathes using MasterCam; create SolidWorks 3D models, fixtures, setup sheets, and operator procedures.
• Interpret engineering drawings and models, perform machine setup and troubleshooting, and verify finished parts with micrometers and calipers.
• Requires shop math competency in algebra and trigonometry, strong attention to detail, safety-procedure retention, and ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Manual machining experience with horizontal lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines, and related equipment is desired; technical electrical/mechanical background is a plus.
