Coalition Manager - Government Affairs

Job Description

• Remote, full-time Coalition Manager role with Fortive supporting Gordian; travel is required.
• Lead coalition engagement and government/regulatory affairs activities involving political associations, trade organizations, advocacy groups, contractor and labor organizations, and other stakeholder networks.
• Shape policy related to construction procurement, cooperative purchasing, facility assessment and planning, and Job Order Contracting (JOC) for public facility and infrastructure owners.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, coalition or external stakeholder strategy experience, familiarity with legislative, regulatory, or government procurement processes, and strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Deliver executive briefings, policy and stakeholder recommendations, coalition planning, performance metrics, campaign outcomes, and timely management of emerging opportunities and risks.
