Job Description
• Maintain and operate a 5000-ton central cooling and chilled-water distribution plant across 12 buildings and 1.5M s/f of commercial production space.
• Test, install, repair, diagnose, and maintain commercial HVAC, critical cooling, data center, studio, and related mechanical systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, VAVs, CRAH/CRAC units, boilers, compressors, fans, Liebert units, and associated equipment.
• Support 24/7/365 campus and designated off-site operations, with flexibility to work various shifts; minimum 5 years of commercial chilled-water plant and distribution experience required.
• Requires EPA Universal or Type II certification, valid driver’s license, and high school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship/vocational training, Warm Air, Stationary Engineer, and Boiler Operator credentials are preferred.
