Compliance Associate

Job Description

• Compliance Associate role based at 35 Commerce Ave., Albany, NY 12206, with up to 60% travel to surrounding company locations and a variable schedule based on business needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between operations personnel and Regional Service Providers/vendors, managing qualification needs and contract compliance.
• Inspect compliance items involving insurance, DOT/FMCSA requirements, business licenses, and DMV permits; help prevent and resolve vendor disputes and reduce company liability.
• Train OnTrac personnel on RSP communication and contract knowledge, communicate findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Requires an Associate’s Degree or two years of contract compliance/Vendor Relations experience and/or training, strong analytical, project management, and accounting skills; transportation industry knowledge is preferred.
