Job Description
• Part-time, long-term substitute Computer Science Teacher role in Houston, TX; work mode is not specified.
• Teach programming with Java, AP Computer Science, and advanced Algorithms and Data research using Python, Java, and SQL.
• Lead student projects, differentiated instruction, assessments, classroom management, and attendance/grading records in VeraCross and Google Suite.
• Mentor students as a Christian role model, communicate with parents, collaborate with faculty, and support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Requires outstanding oral and written communication, cross-department collaboration, Christian commitment, confidentiality, ethical conduct, and a servant-leader mindset; compensation is $175 per day.
