Computer Vision/Machine Learning Intern

Job Description

• Research and prototype cutting-edge image processing and machine learning algorithms for next-generation e-Beam semiconductor inspection products.
• Apply image processing, machine learning, computer vision, and deep learning to defect detection and classification.
• Explore generative and diffusion models for SEM image simulation and image quality enhancement.
• Work within KLA’s e-Beam division and semiconductor inspection ecosystem to support wafer defect analysis and manufacturing-process correction.
• Must be pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with working experience in a relevant technical area and knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, or MATLAB.
