Concrete Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead commercial concrete construction projects through completion on time and within budget, coordinating project teams and a reporting Project Engineer.
• Manage contract documents, project logs, RFIs, submittals, schedules, scope changes, budgets, project finances, invoicing, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using the P6 software platform and coordinate personnel activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct project meetings, distribute minutes, provide technical assistance with drawings and construction methods, and lead quality and preconstruction efforts.
• Requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience, a bachelor’s degree, project management software proficiency, OSHA 30 completion, strong leadership, a detailed hands-on approach, and client focus.
