Job Description

• Analyze and resolve legal and ethical conflicts of interest for new business and lateral hires using internal databases, external research, conflict reports, corporate records, SEC filings, public records, and sanctions research.
• Draft conflict analyses, waivers, engagement letters, related memoranda, and facilitate conflict resolution, avoidance, or Ethical Walls.
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts; support Business Intake leadership, Conflict Specialists, internal clients, procedures, emergency processes, and technology evaluations.
• Requires a J.D. and Bar Admission; experience with conflict analysis is preferred, with strong knowledge of professional-responsibility rules across multiple jurisdictions.
• Remote role open in Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; or Pittsburgh, PA, with potential in-office work; salary is $120,000–$145,000.
