Construction Electrical Project Manager I - Solar

Job Description

• Lead utility-scale solar electrical construction projects while managing quality, timeliness, safety, problem-solving, and project-team mentoring.
• Manage project financial health, projections, cost codes, invoices, budgets, billings, subcontracts, suppliers, and trade partners.
• Manage Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, including assignments and career development.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 8+ years of electrical construction management and/or design experience, and 1+ year completing projects from mobilization through turnover.
• Requires medium/high-voltage, electrical controls, substations, transmission-line, NEC code, and NE safety code knowledge; current driver's license; 100% travel; and legal U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
