Construction Manager

Job Description

• Manage construction of homes in assigned communities, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, safety, and customer-experience standards are met.
• Oversee trade partners, daily scheduling, inspections, workmanship, purchase orders, payments, and compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, product development, process improvement, resource planning, and purchasing teams to resolve schedule, budget, plan-quality, and trade-performance issues.
• Requires a University degree or equivalent experience, minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, construction scheduling software knowledge, blueprint-reading ability, and a valid driver’s license.
• Full-time, on-site 5 days per week in Westborough, Massachusetts and surrounding areas; compensation is $88,000–$129,300 annually plus an approximately $6,000–$9,000 annual bonus.
