Job Description
• Construction Specialist 3 supporting estimating, construction administration, scheduling, project controls, quality assurance/quality control, safety, VDC/BIM, and change management for engineering and construction projects.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline plus 3 years of related experience; equivalent directly related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Uses Timberline, construction technology, VDC/BIM applications, project schedules, cost analyses, drawings, specifications, and field documentation to manage project deliverables.
• Performs field inspections, verifies compliance with plans, specifications, applicable codes and regulations, and supports health and safety planning and reporting.
• Full-time position in the United States with travel of 10% or less, possible domestic/international travel, required background checks, and possible drug testing; salary range is USD $82,576–$136,240 per year.
