Consultant, Translational Operations Management, Biotechnology

Job Description

• Remote, part-time Translational Operations Management Consultant role with Eliassen Group for a biotechnology/biopharmaceutical services client.
• Serve as the operational lead across 1–2 clinical programs, overseeing biomarker sample management, endpoints, logistics, vendor coordination, and program timelines.
• Manage kit build, laboratory manuals, sample handling, shipment, receipt, analysis, storage, and biomarker data generation and transfer.
• Work with Clinical Operations, non-clinical teams, biomarker scientists, CROs, central laboratories, and other vendors using SharePoint and Trials Interactive; coordinate Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs).
• Requires 7+ years of relevant biopharmaceutical/clinical research experience, U.S. and Europe program support, and a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
