Job Description
• Remote, full-time Social Content Intern role with NoGood, a tech-enabled growth consultancy serving global client accounts.
• Create short-form and long-form video content across TikTok, Instagram/Reels, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and executive or educational formats.
• Handle end-to-end production including concepting, scripting, filming, editing, iteration, on-camera hosting, sound design, pacing, composition, and storytelling.
• Requires 1 year of social video creation experience, including internships, freelance work, or high-quality personal projects; proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut; and strong platform fluency.
• Study performance data, identify competitive opportunities, develop scalable content frameworks, collaborate with strategists and external creators, and serve as the quality gatekeeper before client delivery.
• Compensation is $17.00–$20.00/hr.
