Coordinator, Individualized Care

Job Description

• Remote, full-time Coordinator, Individualized Care role with Cardinal Health in specialty pharmaceutical patient access and support services.
• Handle inbound calls and faxes, resolve patient and physician inquiries, process new applicants, and conduct patient follow-ups.
• Enter detailed information into proprietary software, communicate with referral sources, physician offices, pharmacies, and internal teams, and document Adverse Events.
• Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred; Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred; and 1+ years of fast-paced call center experience preferred.
• Compensation is $18.10-$25.80 per hour; requires 40 hours/week, schedule flexibility during Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST, and specified hardwired broadband internet requirements.
