Copywriter

Job Description

• Full-time Copywriter based in the Public Storage office in either Plano or Frisco, TX.
• Writes, edits, and proofreads on-brand content for websites, blogs, landing pages, emails, social media, digital and print advertising, and other collateral.
• Collaborates with marketing, creative, digital, and product teams on messaging, campaigns, headlines, customer experience, and brand voice consistency.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; 2+ years of copywriting experience; a writing portfolio; SEO knowledge; and strong writing, editing, proofreading, collaboration, communication, organization, and quality-focus skills.
• Requires Microsoft Office proficiency; WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, AP Style, retail/consumer services/e-commerce, content marketing, press release, and bilingual or multicultural content experience are preferred or advantageous.
