Job Description

• Ongoing confidential search for a lateral equity partner to join an Am Law 200 firm's transactional practice within the financial services sector.
• Requires transactional expertise in corporate/M&A, private equity, or finance, ideally within financial services.
• Requires a portable book of business of $2M+ (USD); larger books, teams, and team moves are welcomed.
• Expands the firm's US corporate, capital markets, finance, insurance, and tax capabilities through integrated practice development.
• Requires a collaborative, non-siloed approach and commitment to integrating with existing partners and practice groups; compensation rates are typically $1,000+/hour.
