Job Description

• MrBeast is hiring a full-time Creative Director of Viral Marketing in Greenville, NC; work mode is not specified.
• Lead Viral Marketing creative from initial brief and business objective through approved concept and execution across social content, creator collaborations, launches, stunts, challenges, experiential activations, partnerships, and emerging formats.
• Own creative quality for concepts, scripts, treatments, presentations, and creative direction while mentoring multidisciplinary internal and external creative contributors.
• Develop platform-specific ideas for YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms; use audience behavior and performance data to guide creative decisions.
• Requires 8 years of experience in creative leadership or a comparable high-velocity creative environment, a relevant portfolio, creator-led/platform experience, senior-stakeholder presentation experience, and a network of creative talent.
