• Investigate billing questions, payment discrepancies, and disputed charges while coordinating account resolutions with customers and internal teams.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness, establish terms, recommend credit limits, and manage credit exposure according to company policies.
• Monitor credit-hold orders, maintain detailed account and risk documentation, and communicate delinquent account status clearly.
• Partner with branch and sales teams, negotiate payment arrangements, and reduce receivable aging through effective collections activity.
