Job Description
• Originate residential mortgage loans and serve as the primary lending specialist within the Glen Allen financial center.
• Deliver First Mortgage, HELOC, Auto Loan, Credit Card, and Core Banking products in person and by telephone while balancing sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care.
• Analyze financial and credit data, recommend tailored borrowing solutions, submit mortgage applications, collect supporting documentation, and guide clients through the loan process.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent consultative-sales/financial-solutions experience, plus a High School Diploma/GED/equivalent.
• Requires SAFE Act registration, federal registry good standing, and a SAFE Act background check; onsite work, weekend/extended-hours flexibility, and compliance with Federal and State policies are required.
