CRM Manager

Job Description

• Full-time CRM Marketing Manager role with Independent Pet Partners, supporting Chuck & Don’s and Kriser’s in the pet retail/e-commerce industry.
• On-site standard office environment; position is located in the St. Paul, MN area, with candidates in Minneapolis, Denver, or Chicago metro areas preferred and regular travel to retail stores required.
• Own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across email and SMS, including segmentation, automation, personalization, experimentation, consent, deliverability, and channel health.
• Manage campaign calendars and daily execution, including audience selection, email builds, link tagging, A/B testing, scheduling, deployment, quality assurance, and mobile optimization.
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or data science; 5+ years of email marketing or CRM experience; 3+ years of e-commerce, retail, or loyalty experience; and hands-on Salesforce, Klaviyo, Brevo, or comparable tool experience.
• Salary: $90,000-$108,000 annually DOE/DOQ; no direct reports; must be able to work around pet hair and dander.
