CRM Solutions Architect

Job Description

• Remote, full-time CRM Solutions Architect role with Nelnet Business Solutions in the payment technology and education services industry.
• Drive CRM technology vision, architecture, roadmap, governance, security, and adoption of automation and AI-driven capabilities across sales, marketing, service, and customer experience functions.
• Design scalable, secure, end-to-end CRM solutions integrating data models, ERP, servicing platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or commensurate experience; 10 years in software development or CRM implementation; and 5–7 years as a technical architect.
• Requires U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship; compensation is $130,000–$150,000 depending on experience.
