Crusher Operator / Foreman

Job Description

• Operate and supervise portable and stationary crushing, screening, conveying, and material-handling equipment.
• Coordinate production, work schedules, quality control, maintenance, daily reports, and equipment logs.
• Lead, train, assign work to, and monitor crusher crew members while enforcing safety policies.
• Maintain OSHA/MSHA compliance, conduct inspections and hazard assessments, and ensure PPE use.
• Requires 3 to 5 years of crushing plant experience preferred, prior supervisory or foreman experience preferred, MHSA certification, a valid driver’s license, and a CDL.
• Full-time construction role requiring heavy-equipment operation, physical labor, extended hours, weekends, and travel to job sites.
