Job Description
• Lead crypto product compliance initiatives across design, testing, launch, and post-launch enhancement activities for Robinhood products and services.
• Advise Product, Legal, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and leadership partners on consumer protection, AML, sanctions, financial crimes, MiFID, and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop compliance frameworks for new products and review product features, customer communications, operational processes, and marketing materials.
• Support regulatory examinations, inquiries, filings, internal reviews, compliance testing, and monitoring related to Robinhood Crypto products.
• Requires 7+ years of financial services experience, crypto product compliance experience, brokerage knowledge, DeFi advisory experience, strong MiFID understanding, and hybrid attendance at least 3 days per week in New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA.
