Custom Senior Instructional Designer

Job Description

• Lead internal and client instructional design projects for FranklinCovey’s Enterprise Custom Solutions division, adapting leadership and organizational-performance content to client needs, contexts, cultures, languages, and use cases.
• Design and customize learning experiences across ILT, VILT, digital, blended, and microlearning modalities using adult learning principles, learning science, ADDIE, SAM, and design thinking.
• Produce design documents, outlines, storyboards, wireframes, courses, modules, tools, and reinforcement assets that support development, delivery, behavior change, and measurable performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, FC Solution Consultants, Content, Product, Delivery, Marketing, Practices, and other cross-functional stakeholders; facilitate design reviews, manage timelines, and communicate design trade-offs.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design and 7+ years of instructional design or learning experience design experience; remote anywhere in the contiguous US; full-time exempt; $89,000–$100,000 salary.
